Dud management across the board here. There's no accountability being an asx CEO!
By default your votes are yes and most investors dont vote so they often get their "performance" shares for no good performance. This results in many lifestyle companies just putting their hands out for raises rather than seeking to build profit
if there was actual oversight of these executives and they need actual performance to become millionaires, this stat wouldn't be so dire. Unfortunately for us investors, the product/service/resource you invest in is irrelevant if management are duds. If these companies were run by people treating it like their own business, their own loans at risk, their own mortgage on the line we would see many more profitable companies. Itll never happen though and the lifestyle co casino asx will run BAU for decades yet
