I can only give my observation in terms of costs I've never seen it discussed as a comparison of one drug to another in that way
I believe when some ones health/life is involved it's about what is the best possible outcome coarse of treatment not cheapest vs expensive
That being said I'm sure the best drugs would be the most expensive which would place Bisantrene as a very attractive purchase for which ever Big Pharma ends up with it
