Andrew has a plan, corona virus put a dent in the plan temporarily and a dent in SP appreciation to potentially raise equity in a funding deal at a higher price. I doubt he will settle for equity dilution at anywhere the price we are now. The sharks will be circling to try get a big portion of equity perhaps. There will be other plans in place to make sure BRV is in a strong position with potential financiers. I think he would only settle for dilution at this level as an absolute last resort. IMO. In a way its better to get this roadblock out the way early in the negotiations as they will take a bit of time with or without the virus cloud.
