Todays announcement continues the positive developments:

Southerly high grade zone expands Tala Hamza zinc-lead deposit.

Analytical results from the latest five diamond drill holes include the widest mineralised intersection to date – 231 metres (TH007), equal highest lead grades recorded – 10 metres at 20.9%Pb (TH010)
and confirmation of the presence of a southerly high grade zone.

TH010 drill hole confirmed continuity of the high grade mineralisation (identified in TH006) to the south of the Tala Hamza deposit. The overall intersection of 183m at 7.2% combined Pb/Zn includes an interval 83m at 12.2% combined Pb/Zn. The lead grade, 5.6%Pb, is a five fold increase on the deposit average. Within this interval is a 34m zone averaging 11.3%Pb and 23g/t silver, which confirms increasing lead tenor with depth.
The ore body dip has also increased to 40 degrees with depth such that the TH010 intersection extends 51 metres beyond the boundary of the previously announced 55 million tonne Inferred Resource
(estimated under JORC guidelines).

TH008 and TH011 are in-fill holes in the central and northern parts of the deposit and confirm adjacent results. In hole TH008, strong mineralisation was recorded over 122m within which was a high grade
zone of 60m at 12.4% combined Pb/Zn. TH011, the most northerly hole drilled by Terramin, recorded an interval of 210m at 5.0% combined Pb/Zn, including a high grade zone of 41m at 12.3% combined Pb/Zn.

TH007 (231m at 4.9% combined Pb/Zn) and TH009 were drilled to fill-in a 100 metre gap on the north-eastern margin of the deposit where lower grades and narrower mineralised intervals may have
resulted from fault off-sets that require further evaluation.

A further eight holes are at various stages of geological logging or assaying whilst current drill activity is focused in the central and southern parts of the deposit with holes TH019 and TH020 in progress.
Two extra rigs have been contracted to accelerate the resource expansion and exploration drilling.
The change of assay laboratories is expected to reduce analytical turnaround times.
