Hi all, I have just come back from a weeks holiday in Wallaroo to assess an opportunity run by https://monopolypg.com/wallaroo-shores-resort/ . I have put a hold on a piece of land with the view to build. I like the town and the ammenities, etc, but I can't see how the current plans by Monopoly could thrive. I got home today and started some more digging and found that they had signed up QFY (now ZMM) https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20170731/pdf/43l09dwt7k328k.pdf After reading about ZMM I'm seeing a pattern, and doesn't look good on my initial look.

To cut to the chase -

• what has happened to QFY's original plans,
• are they still in the same business
