The Prices mooted for a takeover start at around $200 million because that's what it will take to pry the company from shareholders. The company is worth $55 million as we stand here today when we look at market cap. Microsoft is not going to be able to throw 35c a share at shareholders and expect to take possession of the company.
Evidently at this time they do not think it is worth it, which is fine, but it's going to take 75c+ a share to get the company from most shareholders.
