That PCT application and publication is very very interesting.
Seems to me that once granted (assumed) that patent is the keys to almost everything, MS is big on patents so the inclusion of archtis indicates to me that the patent claims are something MS cannot bypass, in other words the granting of the patent would be material in the massive re-pricing of the stcok, but according to disclosure rules care must be taken not to say something too positive when there is always (technically) the chance that the patent is challenged, but in this case presumably not by MS, Thales et al.
