To be honest, why wouldn't they? IMU is in a clear period of consolidation after a massive run. Could've traded your IMU 4:1 for PTX yesterday and might be able to sell them at level prices in a few weeks before further IMU news drops.
Obligatory warnings around taxes etc and news dropping earlier. But it's a logical trade in two stocks that are pretty closely related. Check out the charts as well - eerily similar too!
