people calling for announcements of something have zero idea of what is involved in running a public company and deal negotiation/finalisation. You have to keep your cards close to your chest and not appear too anxious. The vector guys would be very anxious but does it help them in any way to tell the world how the anxious they are and who it is / what it is that they are reliant/waiting on. In africa being reliant on someone is dare I say creating a situation of being open to extortion.
So take a deep breath and understand that public company officers have a duty to disclose material information under Continuous Disclosure. If the deal had gone bad or changed we would know. And if it had you would see it in the share trading - clearly this is not the case.
