    No idea mate, I'm not sure what listing requirements there are around this, if any? Think they only had to do it at annual report or if you e.g. walk in and demand to see it lol. (of course they have to declare sub holder and director interest notices also) - so if 4CE released an update on their website I'm not sure why.
