Ultimately being a director requires a level of accountability and to be honest I believe that this has not been met recently, do not confuse blame with accountability however an MD using SM to sell the story and not being able to support with action detracts from the potential.

The BOD gets an F for Q1 and Q2 coming off an A+ FY18 Q4/Q3. If you do not understand the market you are operating in and blame that market for delays I find that hard to digest. Delays are created by forecasts and there has been a clear delta.

Ultimately that's why the BOD are compensated to the standards that reflect this requirement and in the case of VEC they have not delivered.

For those that believe that this is a down ramper
post please revisit my previous post, I believe in the resource and the reserve, I hold, I'm just disappointed with the management team in their communication, it's an easy out to say I'm as frustrated as you, however your role is to deliver on what you say

That being said, I hold and continue to hold because I believe in the resource however my faith in the management is beginning to dwindle given the lack of real, legitimately complIamt comms.

You believe that they should be held accountable for the AK not being completed, even though they've submitted everything? What lol

I guess they shouldn't have listed a date at all? Would that have solved the issue for you?
