This is not good, it shows lack of sentiment for VEC. You can't spin it any other way. Management need to ramp up the information flow, as the lack of news recently has made VEC stagnant. The fundamentals are strong, but they're doing a poor job of selling the dream. I'm getting really frustrated recently with posts like yours that try to justify the poor price performance by blaming "weak hands" or mystery people "capping" the price. If there was demand and excitement for VEC, it'd be impossible to keep the price down, but there isn't, and there's nobody else to blame but Management.

I'm a believer, but clearly those who don't own VEC aren't interested, or we wouldn't be seeing such a weak buy side, and we'd certainly not be sub 5c. They're doing a good job of running the company, but not so much on getting the word out if the only people interested are those who already hold.
