Having worked in Africa along side their government I really am not surprised this isn't completed yet. It doesn't mean it wont get done, I am 100% confident it will but business at the pointy end of town doesn't run like clock work. I anticipate this week for an announcement. As mentioned before, good to see some traders exit and holders come in. These things are outside of VEC management control, they can only facilitate the process. Good to see the SP hold, means other have the same level headiness as myself.
