We are dealing with a multi national worth nearly 4 billion. Nothing moves quickly in these circles and there will many eyes viwieng, reviewing and seeking consultation on the terms of the deal.
Both parties will be looking to ensure that there are no hidden issues within the JV moving forward and that all terms are iron clad.
So expect delays imo.
