Anyone ever watched empire of dust (2011)?
It tells a story about a Chinese businessman and a Congo interpreter working their way in the DRC.
Very interesting and makes you not at all surprise at what's happening with vec atm.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the deal is almost there, but I believe vec has done all it could. Ball is on the other court.
