This is the standard response you're going to get here unless your post is "soon" or "not long now" or "just around the corner".

There's a significant pushback against recognising that the company has left us completely in the dark and missed major milestones repeatedly. 

Delays happen and are often outside of one's control; lack of communication is a choice. Overpromising and underdelivering (See: every AK prediction) and then not communicating anything on the matter (5 months to hear of the drilling delay) is a very clear signal from management that a select few people here simply aren't getting.

But I'm not going to be too spiteful to the rampers; they're the ones who are going to help me get out cleanly if the announcement never comes.
