1. Is it still "early November" or were you referring to early November 2019?
2. Where is the market update advising SH's of the new proposed timeline and advising of what the current delay consists of?
3. Why are we not in a TH until this sh*t is resolved?

Buy side is looking sad and we could be ending the day at 1.6c from the looks of it. The 10 day VWAP is just as sad.
