It's SGH moving shares to a CS Fourth holding. For tax reasons, when the SP flies? Almost all of Friday's trade went there, and is continuing this week. Approx 1.8m went to CS Fourth holding on Friday alone. DD know anything about the CS Fourth holding?? A CS Fourth holding has previously been involved before a spike in SP. No idea why they do it gradually, rather than just moving the lot off market. There is clearly a reason - I suspect trying to ensure the price remains low, since the sell side is very thin, and could quickly move. It would be illegal for large holders to stack the sell side and manipulate the price so obviously. The bigger picture, I believe.. they want all the noroa, and want to keep the SP as low as possible while they attempt to slop up noroa 0.001... then when the SP sky-rockets on expected near term news, they would exercise for a total cost of 8.1c, when the SP is towards 20c in October.
