It may well be the case that Norwood is so desperate to sign something, anything, that they sign a loss leader to gain some credibility hoping others might sign up on the back of it. It's impossible to overestimate just how bad Norwood management are and what they could do.

Not a single quote from Spark in any Norwood announcements.

No case studies, nothing public.

If any other telcos are watching, IMO, none, it's too late now, the app is free and kills the potential revenue model... And they have 0 referenceable clients.
