It’s quite clear to make the assumption that investors in NOR who did not sell prior to Covid 19 at 6 or 7 cents are looking for much , much larger returns . I would not be surprised if these same investors have indeed increased their holdings considerably over the last 3 months . Conflicting sentiment and disclosure has no explanation or excuse . The new identities within the top holders lists may have a story to share with us soon .
