When is the upgrade happening?
Existing voicemail users will be upgraded between September to November 2020
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to do anything. However, on the night that we upgrade your voicemail, you may experience a small outage of up to 2 hours where you can’t access your mailbox and people won’t be able to leave you a message. But don’t worry, we will let you know by SMS or leave a message on your voicemail when you are about to be upgraded and then once you have been upgraded. (I wonder whether Spark will utalise Norwoods direct communication channel opportunity
Combining a variety of news, alert and promotional channels to drive customer engagement KPIs.)
Keep an eye on the Spark vm App Stats, they'll be #1 ranking very soon in my opinion
How many Pay Monthly mobile customers does Spark have?
The downers will say its a failed product and no revenue for Norwood because it is now offered free to Pay Monthly mobile customers
