    I remember bank day was quite exciting. You could also get mixed lollies on the way home - 5 for a cent. Taking that forward in 1967 terms NOR is worth about 13 mixed lollies!

    I just worked out that if I had continued to deposit 10c every week for 50 years I would have around $1200 in there now (for an investment of $260).
