I would expect either x amount per user per month or x amount for bulk users whether they use the product or not (As an example health care extras, paid in your monthly payment regardless whether you use them or not)
The next question is how many telcos are looking at upgrading their vm and looking into Norwoods products.
Recent announcements suggest a number of pilots are underway, not to mention the right partnership could see take up excel rather rapidly imo.
