I wondered when it was announced that 7Sundays and APSECs commitment of $100k each was an early indicator that neither was prepared to go in for $200k. I mean had that been an option Norwood would have taken $400k.
I think they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel at this stage. Leaving the CR so late, they really must be running on fumes.
Your thinking about a TH being used to delay the 4C, I didn't think you could do that? Surely it has to be announced on time regardless of any other goings on? Even suspended companies are not exempted from 4C reporting obligations.
