I think the long term plan now is to cut R&D (a few programmers will be sacked) and try and run on Spark revenues with occasional contributions from investors. I can actually see this going on indefinitely. I suppose at some point NOR will be bought out by Spark or a local telco so their tax losses can be utilised.
When the options lapse it will be interesting to see what the feeling in the room is. Will anyone care? At the last vote only 36m votes were cast and half those were management. You get the distinct impression only about a dozen people have an interest in the future of the company and half those people are here.
