    The whole Manilla call-centre 'thing' is a furphy; else NOR would be obliged to update the market.

    A company cannot announce a ramp up in marketing, only to have it curtailed 2 weeks later because of an unforeseen event and not update the market.

    The choices are clear:
    1. Either NOR is lapse in updating the market of a material change or
    2. The call centre has no bearing.

    There was no Spark Social Media activity re: VM before or after the call-centre 'thing.'

    If VM white label requires call-centre support, why would a telco take on the App? I avoid contacting call-centres like the plague (topical). It is a last resort. I would uninstall any App if its installation and subsequent usage was complex enough to warrant calling a call-centre.

    All imo.
