The narrative from today seems confusing to me.
1. NOR likely to be a recipient of government assistance as a result of the virus
2.Spark VM promotion and subsequent uptake hampered by the virus
3. Imminent deals expected with telcos and/or partners.

On one hand the virus may have provided the opportunity to fund NOR from sources other than SH and customers.

But the same virus which has stalled Spark progress, will not impede other telcos/partners from signing up... and with upfront payments to boot.

A normal day on the NOR threads.
