Why wouldn't you ask the Casey's why they are buying up big in many different holdings.. I won't name him, but the latest to appear with an increasing personal holding is on HC, and following the nor thread with the same name as the holding..
See if you can get a post out of him....
You obvious want a new teammate who hates nor for a loss to chime in.. pretty sure a medium size long term holder selling means much less than big players buying up big..
