It was all about Azure.

The presenter goes on to say at time-stamp 6:15:
"as carriers guard their reputations and don't likely outsource their core services to third-parties"

How you could take words spoken 1:30 minutes apart and then join them is telling. But you continue...

Wrong and misleading. The only trench NOR are in is a deep financial one. There is no working relationship between the parties at all.
