Back in the day. sales folk were on low-base and high incentives. The best remuneration packages for the sales team would have unlimited upside; you'd want your sales leader to be the highest earner in the company on this basis.
It was eat what you kill.
Lucky for PO and Tot this is not the case at NOR or both would have starved long ago.
