Yeah sounds pretty sus. You've gone from ~50 to ~30 which would be an approximate doubling of your holding. So for you to average .027-.028 would mean you started around .033 and we're able to average down at lows around .024.
If you were taking a position when Norwood was 15-23c then you'd need to be moving from way further down than ~50 up to ~30.
I'm not buying it.
