You think NOR are in a blackout period pending an acquisition based on not receiving replies to your emails.
But you then post a definition of a blackout period based on trading in the stock by directors.
Technically NOR has been in a blackout period for about 6 years since listing. The directors have NEVER bought on market once since listing. However, a director sold once but put it down to a mistake.
The directors have shown little faith in the stock by their collective unwillingness to put their hard earned into the company. The same guys you accused of having snouts in the trough in 2019.
