NOR would spin a broken top if it meant it could release something to market given another Q has passed without any news.

But some here are bullish on Microsoft and NOR. Why? It is illogical. Microsoft already has a backend solution as can be seen in the Metaswitch video presentation. So what would Microsoft be acquiring? An App which cannot even be given away for free; a demonstrable strategic failure.

What figures are we talking about? $6m for a failed App? Seems excessive. VXT have shown it takes less than a $1m to get a superior* offering to market.
