3. The 2 highest paid execs have started side gigs;
4. No director has bought on market, ever. 2 directors have been on the board for 6 and 5.5 years and own about 1.5m shares between them;
5. Microsoft has developed and implemented its own VM solution;
6. A bunch of uni students have developed and marketed a competing App for a fraction of the invested capital of NOR. This App is outperforming NOR on key download and grossing metrics;
7. NOR declined to pay their Oracle partnership subs.
