If you get a call, have a list of everything you want to ask, and go for it. You'll know what he can/can't say, as will he.
He will say if unable to answer.
unfortunately, I think most of the things we want answers on - timeframes for ongoing negotiations - he wouldn't even know.
We know the telcos and big mobs take forever, and do things when they want to.
