In my opinion, once we see a couple of decent deals with metaswitch (Optus the main guess, and others), it will be a near certainty Microsoft/Metaswitch acquire Nor once it's flying, around the $100m mark.
Once the 1st large telco lands, they will expect many more to follow in quick succession, I think.
I see the SP beyond 20c once it happens, and of course Noroa well in play, multiplying the Casey empire!
