If they need NOR's tech so badly, they can pick up the whole company for under $5m; probably less if they include the debt. So why would they distribute another company's product and be the company maker? Do you think PO will have all SH's best interest in mind or primarily his own? Hint: look at when PO sold Norwood V1.0 for clues.

Have you ever considered the "promotion" of NOR on Metaswitch site if a fishing expedition to get a feel for demand for a VM app? The fact remains, the uptake of the VM App for NOR's 1 customer is very low*. And yet, Metaswitch need NOR's tech to offer a complete solution. Another case of solving problems which do not exist.

* Google Play has Spark VM at under 50k which would represent well under 5% of Spark's customer base. The VM App functionality needs to be incorporated in the general Spark App, imo.
