NOR's has already burnt over $33M of investor funds for zero return d_i_b and there's no sign of a moat.
The "Meta Tech partnership" isn't a moat, as soon as someone else comes up with a better offering Meta is moving on. There's no binding contract (moat) because if there was NOR would have had to announced it.
