What a sad and desperate attempt at pumping a stock which has rarely traded recently.
All you have done is highlight NOR inadequacies; an inability to sell to any party which is non-related for nearly 3 years.
If you truly believed NOR was on the cusp of actually landing a telco, you would be scooping up every share below oppies conversion price. Unless of course you do not have the conviction to follow your own ramps
