    One also needs to read NOR Quarterlies with a view to the status of their core business which is CRs (based on largest source of funds).

    NOR was in full CR mode at the time of Mar Q release.

    The CR throttle had been pulled back by the time Jun Q was released.

    What is also interesting DD is it seems they were going for the big sale (the whole CogVoice suite) and that failed. So now it seems like, how about we break down the suite and the telco and pick the functions they want.

    My prediction: NOR will not be signing a material contract* with a telco or a distributor during 2023.

    * Material contract as laid out in PO's incentives
