    I did some back of the envelope calcs aka basic maths or math as Doz likes to call it for an Optus contract.

    Lots of assumptions here:
    1. NOR go with a shared revenue model again.
    2. $5/month shared 50:50. $5/month is the same price Optus intends to charge for "Call Notes"
    3. CogVoice integrated as an optional extra within Optus app to avoid app store fees
    4. Optus has 10m subscribers. A figure taken from Statista. It seems a little high considering the population of Oz and 86% smart phone penetration
    5. NOR burns $100k per month as per last Q after netting out R&D grant received/paid back of R&D loan. It doesn't include any increased costs for the "3 global NOR employees" nor any team ramp up to implement/support Optus.

    To get to cash flow positive NOR would need 40k users of either of their CogVoice apps (Call Screener and Digital Assistant). This represents only 0.4% of Optus customer base. This all sounds great. And similar to the extraordinary numbers Doz an Disco put up for VM.

    But here's the rub:
    1. $5/month represents 7.25% of the median sim-only Optus plans
    2. Call screening is free for iPhone users which is ~59% of the Australian market share:

    3. 0% of NOR holders who post on HC have said they would use these apps. If SH are unwilling to subscribe, why would they expect anyone else to?
