As for pivot it's not too expensive if you are owed heaps, hold heaps of shares and can give the current board the tech for all their shares and away one goes.
The current mob have the tech and no shares in nor and the new mob swap their tenements for the old mobs shares and everything is done and dusted and even better no massive dilution for the rusted on holders.
