    Look at these examples provided by NOR. They are all ridiculous. And if this is the best cases NOR can present, then it's no surprise holders cannot think of a reason to use CogVoice.

    Example 1
    CogVoice: Hi. I am Richard's assistant
    Caller: I just called Dick's mobile. Who are you? His lover?
    CogVoice: No. I am a robot. Would you like me to take a message?
    Caller: You mean like VoiceMail which I could have left without your time-wasting intereference?
    CogVoice: Yes, exactly like VoiceMail but with extra steps

    Example 2
    Caller: I was going to ask if you can take a message but this is pretty urgent
    CogVoice: Would you like me to try and connect you directly with Richard?
    Caller: Yes... it is the reason why I called his mobile. But instead I go through these ridiculous options like a Call Centre

    That's it. That is CogVoice. If my telco provided a ridiculous time-wasting call interfereing chat bot, I'd change telcos. It's just so bad, it is comical. If Ricky Gervais ever decides to do an Australian version of The Office, I suggest it to be based on a small Perth tech company and their calamitous attempts to sell "solutions".

    And somehow, Tarrant has a 7-figure exposure to this mob.
