Are you aware that if you are "in the know" and trade shares based on that "in the know" regardless of when you do it relevant to the timing of the news of the "in the know" it is deemed inside trading?
It is far more likely that the last minute trades are simply price propping. I'm not in any way suggesting that Tarrant, who is objectively nose deep in worthless shares (because they are only worth something if he can convert them to cash - which he can't), has anything to do with it.
At the current time he owns a significant amount of debt and no reasonable way out. Even if NOR was to pull a rabbit out of the hat it has no capacity to feed it.
