I'm not in CM's league Growls but for what it's worth I have a couple of thoughts.
Cash wise I think that NOR can probably rely on the $220K the directors have pledged to keep the lights on. As far as the Alto clients are concerned it's probably been a hard sell to get them to pay 4c for something currently worth 3.7c with zero prospect of unloading them given NOR is illiquid.
To top it off any support the recent announcement that NOR has been accepted as a prospective Optus supplier has been wiped out by Optus' very serious IT failure. Based on my experience and sources there's not going to be any major (or even minor) changes in that department other than firming up their risk management.
After the hacking of OpenAI how anyone can think a tier 1 telco would now put their reputation on the line with third party software which requires a fourth party (GPT) to function is delusional.
