If 1/4 of people use voicemail then what percentage of those would pay for the add ons? Half? A quarter? I think probably less, 10% would be generous. If 2.5% of total Optus mobile users pay for a service like that then that's revenue of ~$20m for those 250k users.

I expect the cost of providing those services being around 10-20c a month. There is just no way Optus would take on Norwood, cannibalise their high margin service to give Norwood half of that $20m revenue. Not unless it wins them a much higher penetration.

Any deal structured would be for taking over/ replacing legacy systems at a fixed fee (Norwood itself have said it's only cents per user to run) with maybe a kicker for additional users.

I'd expect the fixed contract fee to be in that $300-500k mark, giving Norwood $0.10/user/month. With the potential for via a visual voicemail/call screener/whatever additional option.
