If I could offer an opinion T8 it might be because over 12M shares have just been issued in an already illiquid stock with a further 5+M to follow shortly. The company is borderline insolvent, has only one customer of note which doesn't even cover wages and it's best prospect has just had a major IT meltdown and will be tied up in internal and external inquiries for the foreseeable future.
Meanwhile PO and Tot keep being paid.
Hardly the quandary...
