Maybe they don't want to leave bids at 3.9 because it triggers bots to take 4c, or other buyers in over the top.

Why not make it sound like someone exercising their ops, money in to Nor accounts is a negative too. While CYM is well beyond down the toilet. 70% rinse discount/crazy massive dilution is a positive there!

Probably a negative that a subholder keeps buying up at 4c though? Must be a negative on Nor threads.
Considering speculated sabotage on the way out in the 3's from a previous holder, along with others likely to have been dropping some around 4c to exercise ops and pump more money in to Nor accounts, this could really fly from 4c. Could otherwise already be much higher, ahead of tier 1 telco deals local and international IMO
