Without knowing the exact domains that Norwood are using to offer their service, can't say 100% Billy, but a high likelihood, especially for norwoodsystems.com which was dead for approx 48 hours - https://crt.sh/?q=norwoodsystems.com
NOR, as you're doing a fair bit of work on AWS, why not use ACM for your AWS workloads? Free and easy to attach to Cloudfront etc.... Just a thought.
