I thought the jobs agent was pretty good, particularly liked that it was a plumbing expert at the start by identifying that it was a plumbing issue because no other blockages were evident. It seemed like a lengthy process to just book in an appointment. I'd much prefer to just look at the plumbers calendar online and pick an appointment.

I wonder how smart it actually is? What happens if you ask for a quote? Does it schedule work based on location so you're not driving across the suburbs back and forth? How hard is the back end to set up and how much maintenance does the calender need to drive the ai?

My brother is a sparky and organises his work by estimating the time required by conversing with the client and lines up his jobs by area. I'm still dubious that a tradesperson could really utilise this jobs agent without a lot of monitoring and organisation. Are tradies really that organised that they run calendars and keep them updated to the hour? Some perhaps. But not many in my experience.
